Kripalu is located in the Berkshire Mountains in Western Massachusetts, and I have attended workshops there such as the Inner Quest Intensive, which included a rebirthing experience, and Savoring Life's Lessons, which helped me deal with changes in my life including losing a job and the death of my father.
In March, 2002, I took two extraordinary workshops: Living As If Your Life Depended On It taught by Cia Ricco and Voicing Your Truth taught by Claude Stein.
When I lived in Honolulu, Hawaii, I studied Iyengar Yoga at The Silent Dance Center, studying with Glenn Kawana and Ae Ja Mobley.

One can receive a free daily affirmation written by Jeanie Marshall from this site. The topic changes monthly, and I have found great inspiration from the messages.
This site was developed by Nancy Freier from her periodical The Inner Voice, described as a source of light for unfolding consciousness. It is a place where you can get in contact with the gentle, comforting, healing wisdom of guiding angels. It also includes several links plus chat rooms on various topics dealing with angels. [Note: The site seems to have been pre-empted by another organization.]
For several year I have been subscribing to Body and Soul Magazine, formerly New Age Journal, a periodical with articles on subjects ranging from holistic health and healing to environmental issues. It contains numerous resources including Web sites.
