CONSTRUCTION (REAR)

Twelve hours a day, six or seven days a week, the constant sounds of pounding, drilling, and cement trucks assures me that numbers of able-bodied Japanese males don't have to worry about unemployment for the time being. The neighborhood is going "upscale," as a new 15-story apartment building gradually rises behind mine. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.
